Hi there, I am Amy - textile designer and illustrator (B. Textile Design, RMIT).
I love the creative arts and have been painting and drawing since I was a little girl. I enjoy traveling around the world (I’ve lived in Seoul, London, Melbourne), reading books, cooking good meals and listening to music (old classics to hip-hop!). My daily routine and travels are reflect in the artworks I create. Nature and animals are the most powerful and affecting design motifs for me. I love observing the beautiful colours of sunsets, the distinctive colours of plants and flowers and alluring animal patterns. I often establish colour palettes, themes and design elements through thoughtfully observing nature, inspiring artworks in a variety of mediums: watercolour, gauche, coloured pencil and digital illustration.

My wedding was at a beautiful nursery during summer and I designed my own wedding invitation and welcome sign inspired by Australian native flowers.
I live in the beautiful city of Melbourne, Australia with my lovely husband and adorable cavoodle “Olive” who have brought so much happiness into my life. Our little baby is on the way, I’m creating range of digital templates to celebrate baby milestones.❤️
I carefully source materials produced in Australia in an eco-friendly way for designing my products. I believe that producing sustainable products is part of the responsibility of being a designer.
